The aging web site for this "copy-lefted" (under a license based on the LGPL) Role-Playing System needed an update. The goal was to reorganize the content into a more straight-forward, more manageable format, and to impress the viewer with a visceral impact which the previous site failed to achieve.
To achieve these ends while limiting visual clutter and establishing a graphical identity for the game system, it was decided to focus on a single, large image. Because of the human-centered philosophy of the rules, a realistic, photographic feeling was needed, while at the same time, the fantasy nature of the content required a visual departure from the common world. The resulting image captures both the realm of the possible and the infinity of imagination.
