This character was a quick side project inspired by a precocious child. She had named one of her toys "Fimp" and decided one day that "Fimp says 'Squonk.'" The child's parents, regular clients of Karim Nassar Design, wanted to commemorate this ingenuity with a custom T-Shirt and cloisonné pin.
This caricatured illustration of the toy in question was taken from rough line-art to finished illustration in about four hours.
